What’s so radical about wanting a living wage? About not fearing bankruptcy if I get sick? About knowing my neighborhood won’t be ignored when a storm hits, unlike last time when we waited weeks for help—while politicians posed for photos with millionaires.
Our “leaders” talk about “freedom” but ignore the freedom to survive. They hand tax breaks to corporations that ship jobs abroad, then blame us for struggling. We’re not lazy—we’re fighting a system that’s stacked against the working class.
All we want is a government that works for everyone, not just the rich and powerful. Is that too much to ask?
